Specialists: Yes; primary care applications have priority and are the only type of applications processed until January. Specialists will be processed in January in the order they were received.

Application Review: Initial review begins on October 1st.  All applications are reviewed as received, but only primary care are processed until January.  Specialists will be processed in the order they are received starting in January.  Applications will be processed and sent to ISDH, where they are reviewed and a recommendation decision is made.
