Practice Areas: Primary care is prioritized as Family Practice, Pediatrics, General Internal Medicine, OB/GYN and General Psychiatry.

Specialists: Yes; applications are considered but must supply comprehensive additional documentation as indicated in the J-1 Application Package Checklist.

Application Review: Applications are accepted each year from October 1 through September 30 of the following year, until all 30 slots are filled. Employers must complete and submit an Employment Data Form with the application package to establish participation eligibility. Download the J-1 Application Package Checklist.

The Missouri J-1 Visa/State 30 Program utilizes data from the licensing agencies in the state and health outcomes data to determine placements of the program participants.  For more details, Download the Program Information.
